THROTTLE AND LAVISH RELAPSE
Burbank, Ca, Throttle has begun pre-production on
it's 2nd release to be entitled "Relapse"
The band will once again employ Doug Grean as engineer.
With 13 new songs written, Throttle is recording
versions in their Los Angeles studio before teaming
